What are they?
Enzymes are bio-based cleaning agents, that work specifically on certain types of stains. Different types of enzymes exist, each specializing in the removal of ad hoc stain and dirt (grease, starch, protein...) Working as catalysts, each enzyme contained in Persil formulas works more than once during the washing cycle to fully remove all the stain particles.

Where do they come from?
Enzymes are collected from natural sources, e.g. soil, thus contributing to a clean laundry and a clean world. To effectively act within Persil products they are isolated and fermented.
