Upcycle your Persil Powder box into a magazine rack
What you need
- 1 empty Persil Powder paper box
- Scissors
- Glue
- White color painting
- Decorative paper
Cut the top of the Persil carton box off. Paint your box in white to cover up the original design and wait for the color to dry.
Take the measures or each box size (keeping 1cm of buffer on each of the sides). Cut the chosen decorative paper according to the measures. Tip: for a very creative rack you can choose to use different decorative paper per each size of the box. Glue one side of the box at the time and start adhering the prepared sized piece of scrapbook paper. Repeat the process on all the sides of the box. Fold the exceeding ends in like you were wrapping a gift package and apply more glue all over the surface to ensure a fixed and glossy result.
You can choose to apply additional decorations on top of the surface (e.g ribbons, patches, photos…) to make the Magazine rack even more personalized.
